These Official Rules apply to the LFG OFFROAD Side-by-Side Giveaway, powered by F*Bomb Baggers, running Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. CT through Sunday, October 25, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT. The same rules appear at fbombbaggers.com/pages/lfg-offroad.
LFG OFFROAD SIDE-BY-SIDE GIVEAWAY: OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, AND WHERE PROHIBITED.
Eligibility: The LFG OFFROAD Side-by-Side Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. The Promotion is void in Alaska, Hawaii, all U.S. territories and possessions, outside the United States, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Residents of excluded areas may purchase products on the Website, but those purchases do not earn entries and those residents are not eligible to win. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and ViralSweep, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible.
Sponsor: FBOMB INC, d/b/a F*Bomb Baggers and LFG OFFROAD, 1840 Moen Ave, Unit C, Rockdale, IL 60436 ("Sponsor"). LFG OFFROAD is a brand of Sponsor. Entries are administered using ViralSweep, which is not a sponsor of the Promotion.
Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 8:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on Thursday, October 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on Sunday, October 25, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock. Drawing details are below.
How to Enter (Purchase): During the Promotion Period, purchase an eligible LFG OFFROAD product at www.fbombbaggers.com (the "Website") and you will automatically receive the number of entries listed below for each unit purchased. Entries are fixed per product. They are not calculated from the amount paid.

Size upcharges (for example 2XL and larger), shipping and handling, taxes, and gift card purchases do not earn entries. Entries are the same for every size of a product, and discount codes do not reduce the entries for a product. The items included in a Bundle earn only the Bundle entries. Wallpaper Packs are offered only after an eligible purchase is completed, and their entries are treated the same as all other entries. Entries are credited when the order is placed and payment is successfully processed. Only products listed above earn entries.
How to Enter (Free Mail-In): To receive 1,750 entries (the same number of entries awarded for one LFG OFFROAD Tee) without making a purchase, hand-print on a plain 3"x5" piece of paper your complete first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), email address, daytime telephone number (with area code), and the words "LFG OFFROAD SIDE-BY-SIDE GIVEAWAY". Mail your entry in a #10 business-size envelope with first-class postage to: LFG OFFROAD SIDE-BY-SIDE GIVEAWAY, C/O F BOMB BAGGERS, 1840 MOEN AVE, UNIT C, ROCKDALE, IL 60436. The outer mailing envelope must include a valid return address with a complete first and last name matching the entrant. Mailed entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid. Limit one entry per outer envelope. There is no limit on the number of separate envelopes an eligible person may send. Bulk shipments will not be accepted. Mail-in entries (including the outer envelope) must be handwritten, with no mechanically reproduced entries or metered mail. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Monday, October 26, 2026 and received by Monday, November 9, 2026 to be eligible. Each compliant mail-in envelope counts as 1,750 entries. Purchase entries and mail-in entries have an equal chance of being selected.
Entry Integrity: Entries generated by script, bot, or other automated means, or through multiple identities or accounts, are void.
Orders, Refunds, and Chargebacks: Purchase entries do not depend on when an order ships or is delivered, and shipping delays do not affect entries. If an order (or any item in it) is cancelled, refunded, returned for a refund, or charged back at any time before the winner is verified, the entries for those items are void, even if this happens after the Promotion Period ends. Exchanges for a different size of the same product do not change entries. If Sponsor cannot fulfill an item and the customer accepts a substitute, the original entries remain; if the customer is refunded instead, the entries for that item are void. If the potential winner's qualifying order is refunded or charged back, the Prize will be forfeited. Purchasing products with the intent to return them for the purpose of obtaining entries is prohibited, and Sponsor may void all entries of anyone it believes has done so.
Invalid Entries: Mail-in entries not in the format specified above, that are illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, or reproduced via photocopier or otherwise, will be considered null and void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, postage-due entries, or entries not received by the deadline. All material submitted becomes property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into; requests for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.
Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: a new 2026 CFMOTO ZFORCE Z10-4 four-seat side-by-side utility terrain vehicle, color black (the "Vehicle" or "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $22,999 USD, based on the manufacturer's suggested retail price of a new Vehicle. If the actual value is lower, the difference will not be awarded. Vehicle equipment is as determined by Sponsor and may differ from vehicles shown in advertising; photos are for illustration only. The Vehicle is awarded "AS IS". Any manufacturer's warranty is provided by the manufacturer under its own terms, to the extent transferable, and Sponsor makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Vehicle. No transfer, assignment, or substitution of the Prize by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Vehicle becomes unavailable. No cash alternative will be offered. Total ARV of all prizes: $22,999 USD.
Title, Registration, and Delivery: Sponsor will transfer the Vehicle to the winner using the Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin or certificate of title, as applicable. The winner is solely responsible for all title, registration, off-highway vehicle (OHV) registration or permit, license, plate, inspection, documentation, and insurance costs, and all sales, use, and other taxes, in the winner's state of residence. The winner must pick up the Vehicle at a location in or near Rockdale, Illinois designated by Sponsor, on a date designated by Sponsor, within sixty (60) days after verification. Any costs not expressly stated in these Official Rules are the winner's responsibility.
Off-Road Use: The Vehicle is designed and intended for off-road use only and is not street legal. Operators must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver's license, passengers must meet the manufacturer's requirements, and all occupants must wear a helmet, eye protection, and protective clothing. The winner is responsible for complying with all laws governing the ownership, registration, and operation of off-highway vehicles. As a condition of receiving the Prize, the winner must sign a Safety Acknowledgment confirming receipt of the owner's manual and safety materials. Sponsor strongly recommends completing a recognized ROV/UTV safety training course before operating the Vehicle.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random by Sponsor, using ViralSweep's random selection tool, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period (purchase and mail-in entries combined), on or about Wednesday, November 25th, 2026, and the drawing is planned to be shown live on the F*Bomb Baggers YouTube channel at approximately 7:00pm CT. If the broadcast is interrupted or unavailable, the drawing will still be conducted and the result announced afterward. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification and Verification: The potential winner will be notified by email and phone using the contact information provided with their entry and must respond within seven (7) days. Within seven (7) days after notification, the potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability and Publicity Release (where lawful), a Safety Acknowledgment, and an IRS Form W-9, and must provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID showing residence in an eligible state. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond or return the documents on time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries, up to three (3) times, after which the Prize may go unawarded. Until all conditions are met, the potential winner is not a winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, voice, and video (including the drawing and delivery) for advertising and publicity without further compensation.
Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local income and other taxes on the Prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the ARV of the Prize. A winner who fails to return a completed IRS Form W-9 with a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number within the time required will forfeit the Prize.
Assumption of Risk and Release: By accepting the Prize, the winner acknowledges that operating or riding in an off-road vehicle involves inherent risks of serious bodily injury, death, and property damage, and voluntarily assumes all such risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the winner and all entrants release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, ViralSweep, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, operation, transport, or ownership of the Prize. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Conditions: Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive manner. If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion and, where permitted, select the winner from eligible entries received before the action. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical, network, payment-processing, or human errors.
Trademarks and Non-Affiliation: CFMOTO, ZFORCE, and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the Prize. CFMOTO and its affiliates and dealers are not sponsors of, and are not affiliated with, endorsing, or administering this Promotion. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram), Google LLC or YouTube, or TikTok, and entrants release those companies from any liability relating to the Promotion.
Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at www.fbombbaggers.com/policies/privacy-policy and is used to administer the Promotion.
Winner's Name: For the winner's name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by January 31, 2027 to: LFG OFFROAD Winner, c/o F BOMB BAGGERS, 1840 Moen Ave, Unit C, Rockdale, IL 60436.
General: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. If these Official Rules conflict with the Website Terms and Conditions, these Official Rules control for the Promotion.
